I was born in Minnesota and grew up in Ohio, so there is a great deal of Midwest in me. You might be (perhaps not) alarmed at just how ignorant people on the east coast are about this stuff. Because it’s available here, therefore it’s available everywhere. Access to broadband is a big issue with such an easy solution, but then I’ll have to get up on my soapbox again.
